When I found out that Tarina Tarantino was coming to to town to launch her new Sephora makeup collection, I knew that I had to meet her. I was so excited, but the true star of the day turned out to be one of her products. One of the makeup chicks offered to introduce me to the Tarina Tarantino line. While everything looked great, I am definitely a lip gloss girl, so I knew that I wanted to try hers, called Gem Gloss. Of course, I reached for pink, but the expert recommended that I try a color called Barette. Barette is a mauve/taupe kind of color and it really didn’t appeal to me, but I figured that if I didn’t like it, I could simply wipe it off. I tried it.
Wow, Barette is so my color! I LOVED it. Of course, I bought it ($19) and I’ve worn it nearly every day since. I simply do not leave home without it.
