Aventura Mall is once again hosting the Share Our Strength Great American Bake Sale, this Sunday, May 2 from noon to 4pm. More than 25 local bakeries, restaurants, marketplaces, and hotels will “bake a difference,” offering guests lots of good things to eat and exciting cooking demonstrations.
Kids can try their hands at cupcake decorating, plus there will be raffles for great prizes. Participants include Ocean Prime, Bourbon Steak, Chef Allen’s, Grand Lux Cafe, Alisa’s Painted Bistro, and Nordstrom Cafe Bistro

Attendees can purchase tickets at the event for $1 each or $10 for 13 (a bakers dozen). Proceeds will be distributed to local organizations that feed children and assure them access to good nutrition. I’ll be there! Let me know if you’re attending!
