So, last Tuesday night, I hosted my first FAB Dinner Party at the eden South Beach Restaurant. WOW! First of all, the restaurant. They totally exceeded my expectations. The booking and planning process was a breeze. The food was amazing. The service was simply extraordinary.
It was a warm night, and we had the cocktail hour out in the restauarant’s Garden. They had prepared special watermelon cocktails for our party, and made a virgin one for me–of course. Several of the guests hit it off immediately, and connections were made before we even sat down for dinner. LOVE IT!
While we had planned to be inside for dinner, it was such a great night. We decided to eat in the Garden, as well, in a cabana. It was quite nice. The menu was FAB! There was a choice of 3 different appetizers, 3 different entrees, and then everyone got the signature dessert–The FAB JEWEL. HA! Everyone, except me, also opted for the wine pairing. During dinner, the conversation was robust–sometimes with everyone participating, and other times private talks going.
THIS, folks, is exactly what I envisioned for the dinner parties–that you would make new friends and perhaps a new business partner. Three guests re-upped for the March 29th dinner party. I’m working on that tomorrow.
