The FAB JW Marriott Marquis Miami served as the backdrop for the recent Diamond Ball. This gala benefits the Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation and nearly $4.5 million dollars was raised, including announced gifts.
Additionally, locals Gloria and Emilio Estefan were inducted into the hospital foundation’s Pediatric Hall of Fame. Guests in attendance included wonder child and pianist Ethan Bortnick, NBA player Spencer Hawes, and a special video message from rapper Pitbull.
Gloria and Emilio are from Miami, but like Miami Children’s, their impact is worldwide. They have helped countless children from across the globe and have made it their mission to make this world a better place.
