Last week, the Fab folks at Victoria’s Secret opened Miami’s newest stand-alone PINK store at the Dolphin Mall. The grand opening event was held on the very same day that their annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was televised to millions.
While traditional Victoria’s Secret Stores have sold upscale lingerie, women’s wear and beauty products, the PINK brand has targeted the younger set–mainly college age chicks. The brand, created in 2004, is meant to be playful, flirtatious, and fun.
The celebration for the new store included tunes spun by a live dj, and special PINK treats–YUM. The festivities continue into December, as the store will host Bling Your PINK weekend from Dec 16-18. Customers will be able to customize their purchases by adding customizable crystals. They can rep their schools, their names, or the design of their choice. This complimentary service will be available with any $50+ purchase.
