For one night last week, I was an “aah”-list celebrity. I was invited to a spa-tacular night of relaxation and red carpet dish. The event was held at the two story Bliss Spa located in the W Hotel South Beach. While the attendees could go inside and take advantage of the complimentary mini spa services available, most of the action took place out on their grand terrace.
It was there that all the sipping and snacking went on. There was a a FAB spread that included the famous Bliss brownies and all kinds of light bites that incorporated popchips into them. And, I was introduced to my newest obsession, Zico Coconut Water(sidenote: the chocolate flavor tastes just like Yoo-Hoo).
Many of my favorite local bloggers were there including Stephanie of Mid-Town Chica, Annie of The Fashion Poet, Rosy of Accidental Sexiness, Cheri of The Buzz Connect, Leanette of Teach Me 2 Save, and newcomer Angela of Essentially Angela. Other notables included my pageant queen bestie, Shannon Ford–Mrs United States 2011.
We all came together to mingle and exchange tidbits on all things Miami. Leading a lot of the discussion was Amit Dharmani of YouCeleb, an e-commerce site that lets you look like a celebrity. And, all attendees left with a cool goodie bag!
