Many of my besties have committed to eating healthier and losing weight in this new year. And just in time for such resolutions, BRIO Tuscan Grille is introducing its Lighter Side of Tuscany menu at all of its South Florida locations starting next Tuesday, January 15. I am absolutely LOVING what BRIO Executive Chef Matt Harding has developed for BRIO’s lighter offerings–authentic northern Italian cuisine with the highest quality, freshest ingredients. How about the Salmon Griglia Salad (pictured above) with field greens, asparagus, tomatoes, feta and italian vinaigrette. Umm, can you say 400 calories? Yep. They had me at hello.
So, check out these offerings:
There’s the Pasta Pesto (Angel hair tossed with grilled chicken, caramelized onions, basil, tomatoes, roasted peppers, Feta and spinach, 500 calories). The center image is Shrimp Mediterranean (Spicy grilled jumbo shrimp on a bed of orzo and farro pilaf, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, spinach, Feta and a pesto vinaigrette, 470 calories). Next to that is the Chicken & Three Tomato Salad (Mixed greens, Reggiano, Roma, yellow grape and Kumato tomatoes, tossed with Italian vinaigrette and a balsamic drizzle, 380 calories). These are only a few of the options–there are nearly 20 choices!
Our Lighter Side of Tuscany Menu is a reflection of our strong dedication to catering to the needs of our guests. Millions of Americans are watching what they eat. We want our guests to feel confident that they have options when dining with us. Not only are these items light and flavorful, but they are true to the experience they have come to know as distinctively, deliciously BRIO.–Nicole Roope, Director of Marketing
