As many of you know, I just returned from a whirlwind adventure in Detroit, where I took part in a VERY COOL event. General Motors, via their social media team, reached out to automotive bloggers, lifestyle bloggers, and some of their biggest fans. They invited us all to Detroit for a very well put together junket that included admission to the prestigious North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). This turned out to be one of the most awesome trips that I’ve ever experienced.
It was like the perfect storm–great folks, cool activities, and amazing food! My kinda trip!
While in the D, I was mentioned in a couple blurbs about NAIAS and how brands are engaging social media. There was one in Mom Blog Magazine and another in the Financial Times**. Check them out, and stay tuned for the details on my trip–working on my first post now!
**Unfortunately, the Financial Times requires one to “register” before they can read the article. Registration is free though!
