ShopBAZAAR for Art Basel

Harper’s BAZAAR has brought it revolutionary content-to-commerce venture, ShopBAZAAR, to life for Miami’s hottest moment of the year, Art Basel. Through Saturday, ‘ShopBAZAAR’ pops-up in Miami’s Design District at the famed Buena Vista Building (180 NE 39th Street, Miami, FL 33137) with the doors opening daily at 11AM.

Shoppers enter an art gallery setting that reflects the ‘ShopBAZAAR’ aesthetic with crisp white walls and vivid black-and-white photographs.  Strolling through the 2,200- square-foot space, guests can shop at one of the eight e-tail podiums, relax at the beauty and juice bars with a “Red-y to Wear” fresh juice shot by Jugo Fresh, discover exclusive designers through the interactive video wall, browse a gallery of spectacular merchandise that brings fashion art very close to high art, or join Miami’s exuberant past and present with a round of designer shuffleboard.

Throughout Art Basel, Harper’s BAZAAR will draw on leading tastemakers and influencers with such events and activations as:

  • ShopBAZAAR stylists providing one-on-one styling consultations for shoppers.
  • An interactive video wall inviting shoppers to explore the website with larger-than-life technology and watch behind-the-scenes videos from cover shoots.
  • One-of-a kind events including:

o    December 7: BAZAAR Bespoke Day starts at 11AM featuring custom product from designers such as Laveer by Kate Ciepluch, Été Swim, Ann Dexter-Jones, Tonya Hawkes and SurfBAZAAR.

o    December 7: VIP Closing Party for ShopBAZAAR’s Pop-Up Experience is from 7-9PM and is hosted by Harper’s BAZAAR editors, featuring music and hor d’oeurves from Executive Chef John Delucie of The Lion, Crown and The Waverly Inn.

  • ·   Pop of Color,” a mobile application, allows guests to shop by color.  Just hover over a color and shoppers instantly receive items hand-selected by the editors—all in the chosen hues.
